China’s home prices fell more steeply in September, despite recent easing measures introduced by major cities to revive the struggling property market.
New-home prices in 70 cities, excluding state-subsidized housing, dropped 0.41% from August, the biggest decline in 11 months, National Bureau of Statistics figures showed Monday. Resale home values fell 0.64%, the steepest slide in a year.
