John Stamos isn’t holding back while reacting to longtime friend Lori Loughlin‘s split.
Earlier this month, it was revealed that the 61-year-old Full House actress and her husband Mossimo Giannulli had separated after 28 years of marriage.
While appearing on the Monday (October 20) episode of the Good Guys podcast, John, 62, fiercely defended Lori while calling Mossimo, 62, a “terrible narcissist” and blaming him for the college admissions scandal.

John went on call Mossimo a “terrible narcissist” and claimed that Lori “put up with a lot over the years [with] this guy.”
He then brought up the 2019 college admissions scandal where Lori and Mossimo were both sent to prison for allegedly paying to get their daughters Olivia Jade and Bella into the University of Southern California.
“I really tried to be there for her during this time and also with the college scandal… I’m not going to debate whether she had much to do with it or not. I know she didn’t,” John said before alleging that Mossimo “dragged [Lori] through that.”
“She’s not a liar. She’s a saint,” John said of Lori, before recalling that when he called to check in on her the day the scandal broke, she told him, “Mossimo handles all that stuff.”
John also claimed that Lori appeared to not have any idea of what was happening before they were arrested.
“She goes to f–king prison for this a–hole for three months, right? And he goes for whatever,” John said. “And in typical Lori fashion, I said, ‘How was it?’ She goes, ‘You know, I met a lot of nice ladies in there. We have a book club.’”
John went on to allege, “She didn’t deserve to be dragged through that. … I know for a fact it was all him. … I don’t think Olivia wanted to go to college. I can’t speak for her, but it seems like she was doing great with her YouTube and [makeup].”
When asked about Lori and Mossimo‘s separation, John once again fiercely defended his former co-star.
“All of a sudden they’re split up and I know she’s just devastated,” John said. “For a girl who, you know, has lived her life really well, [is] a good person, a good mother, a good wife. I know all this for a fact. To be thrown into, now, this separation and exploding, blowing up her family this way. And I just hate to see her go through this.”
John then said that he was “taking a fifth on that” when asked about the rumors that Mossimo cheated on Lori.
“Whatever he did to her, it busted her up to the core,” he added.
John also said that Lori was “an angel” who “always made things better” for Mossimo.
“She cleaned everything up,” he added.
