One of Apple TV’s highest-profile originals of the year, Margo’s Got Money Troubles, is coming soon—and its trailer was just released.
Margo’s Got Money Troubles trailer reveals what to expect from Apple TV’s new series

Apple TV’s 2026 lineup has so far been dominated by returning series, rather than all-new originals. But one of its most anticipated spring debuts is a new limited series from David E. Kelley.
Margo’s Got Money Troubles is based on the bestselling novel of the same name by Rufi Thorpe. It stars Elle Fanning, Michelle Pfeiffer, Nicole Kidman, Nick Offerman, Thaddea Graham, Marcia Gay Harden, Greg Kinnear, and more.
The popularity of the source material, combined with its film-tier cast, makes the series one of Apple’s highest-profile premieres so far this year.
Margo’s Got Money Troubles hits Apple TV on Wednesday, April 15 with its first three episodes, followed by weekly releases through May 20.
Here’s the plot summary, followed by the newly released trailer:
“Margo’s Got Money Troubles” is a bold, heartwarming and comedic family drama following recent college dropout and aspiring writer, Margo (Elle Fanning), the daughter of an ex-Hooters waitress (Michelle Pfeiffer) and ex-pro wrestler (Nick Offerman), as she’s forced to make her way with a new baby, a mounting pile of bills and a dwindling amount of ways to pay them.
The show’s producer, David E. Kelley, last collaborated with Apple on the popular legal thriller Presumed Innocent, starring Jake Gyllenhaal. That series has a new season coming with Rachel Brosnahan in the lead role.
