Two more terminal security checkpoints will be closed starting on Wednesday at Philadelphia International Airport.
On March 18, travelers will not be able to pass through the TSA checkpoints at Terminals A-West or F, the airport said.
TSA PreCheck will still be available at Terminals A-East and D/E.
⚠️ Temporary Closures: Beginning Wednesday, March 18, TSA will temporarily close the Terminal A-West, Terminal C, and Terminal F security checkpoints to help optimize operations across other checkpoints.

Travelers planning to use these closed terminal checkpoints can still go to the open checkpoints since the terminals are connected after security.
This comes less than one week after PHL shut down Terminal C because of staffing shortages amid the partial government shutdown.
