Caterina Scorsone and E.R. Fightmaster are seemingly confirming their real-life romance, years after their Grey’s Anatomy characters had a brief relationship on the ABC medical drama series.

The actors play Dr. Amelia Shepherd and Dr. Kai Bartley and on Grey’s and their characters shared a romance back in 2022.

After E.R. left the show, the two remained close and there have been rumors for the past year that they are in a real-life relationship. Well, it looks like there is some truth to those rumors.

E! News has published photos of Caterina and E.R. holding hands during an outing in Los Angeles on Monday (March 23). They were spotted going out for lunch at the Highly Likely cafe.

The sighting comes one week after the actors attended the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s Oscars Viewing Party together. While they posed on the red carpet separately, they got ready for the event together and both thanked friend Kathryn Gallagher for snapping behind-the-scenes photos.

People shared a video of the couple arriving at the party side-by-side.

Caterina was previously married to musician Rob Giles and they share three children together. They split in March 2020 and filed for divorce two months later.
