Super Mario Bros. Wonder Nintendo Switch 2 vs. Switch graphics comparison
We now have a Super Mario Bros. Wonder Nintendo Switch 2 vs. Switch graphics comparison video following the release of the new version.
Although this may seem like a small technical upgrade – and at the end of the day it is – the game should look clearer than ever before. That’s all thanks to the increased resolution.
On Nintendo Switch, the game was limited to 720p in handheld mode and 1080p when docked. Now you’re getting a full 4K image when docked, and a native 1080p image on the Nintendo Switch 2 screen.
For frame rate, it’s essentially the same as before. You may have seen the tiniest of dips on Nintendo Switch, but that should be addressed on Switch 2. But the limit is still 60 FPS – there’s no 120 FPS option.
Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park does introduce new content and features. Rosalina and Co-Star Luma have been added as newly added playable characters, there are new multiplayer attractions, challenges at Toad Brigade Training Camp, and new bosses.
