Google Pixel 11 Pro XL Official CAD Renders & Rumors

After showing off the Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro earlier this week, let’s end the week on a high note with the Pixel 11 Pro XL.

As expected, the Pixel 11 Pro XL does look almost the exact same as the other two models. With the biggest difference here being the size, hence the ‘XL’ moniker in the name. Similar to the last few years, the Pixel 11 Pro XL will sport a 6.8-inch display, and a triple camera setup. Just as we’ve seen with the Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro already, the Pixel 11 Pro XL will have a camera bar that is entirely black, with just the body color around the frame.

As we’ve noted with the other CADs we have released, this is not an official color for the Pixel 11 series. CAD files do not provide colors, instead they are fairly vague and really only provide details that you’d need to build a case. Like dimensions, where the power and volume rocker is, etc., so other things like a SIM card slot are also not detailed.

Here’s what we know about the Pixel 11 Pro XL so far.

Google Pixel 11 Pro Specs

Very little specs have been confirmed, but we do know that the Pixel 11 Pro XL will be 162.7 x 76.5 x 8.5mm in dimensions, which is identical to the Pixel 10 Pro XL , being just a hair thinner, shorter and narrower. Internally, we can expect to see the Google Tensor G6 processor, which is expected to be a 7-core chipset this year and it’s also expected to switch to the MediaTek M90.

Google will also likely stick with 16GB of RAM on the Pixel 11 Pro, despite the rising RAM prices, and also stick with 256GB of storage. But there is a chance that Google could drop the RAM to 12GB, as a way to offset the rising RAM costs, without raising prices again. Keep in mind that the Pixel 10 Pro XL already starts at $1200, and it also starts at 256GB of storage. So it’s very unlikely that we’d see a major change here, in terms of storage.

The Pixel 11 Pro XL is also sticking with the same 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED display here. This isn’t a big surprise, as phones can’t really get that much bigger, without folding.

Google Pixel 11 Pro XL Expected Release Date

The Google Pixel 11 series is expected to be released in August once again, as Google has done with the past two generations of Pixel. Which means that this will likely be launched after the latest Samsung foldable devices like the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Galaxy Z Fold 8 Wide, but ahead of the new iPhone in September.

Typically, Google releases the vanilla model with the Pro and Pro XL model at the same time. Though, the Pixel 9 Pro did get released a couple of weeks later – likely due to that being an entirely new model. Last year, we did see a bit of a staggered rollout with the Pixel 10 Pro Fold and Pixel Watch 4 being available about a month later.

Google Pixel 11 Pro XL Expected Price

Right now, we’re sitting about 4 months out from the Pixel 11 announcement, which means pricing is likely not finalized. It’s likely that Google has an idea of what they want to price each model at, but with the rising costs of RAM, flash storage and now CPU components, these prices are subject to change.

We would expect the price to stay the same, or possibly go up by $100 in the US. Again, this all depends on a few decisions that Google needs to make. Like how much profit they want to make, how much RAM and storage to include, among other things. We should hear more about pricing closer to the August launch.
