Tesla Inc.’s chair said it’s too early to know whether a campaign to win shareholder support for Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk’s enormous pay package will be successful just days ahead of a pivotal vote by investors.

“Most investors wait until the last minute to vote so we are still early in that cycle,” Tesla Chair Robyn Denholm said Tuesday on Bloomberg Television. “We’ll get a better sense as the votes come in.”
