Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa’s Life & Career In Photos
Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, the prolific actor best known for his roles in the Mortal Kombat films, The Last Emperor and The Man in the High Castle, died Thursday in Santa Barbara.
Tagawa leaves behind a trove of more than 150 film and TV appearances.
On the big screen, those included Big Trouble in Little China, License to Kill, Rising Sun, Snow Falling on Cedars, Pearl Harbor, Planet of the Apes, Elektra, Memoirs of a Geisha and 47 Ronin.
In TV, he had guest spots on MacGyver, Star Trek: The Next Generation and Miami Vice and longer arcs on Nash Bridges, Hawaii, Revenge and Blue Eye Samurai.
