Good’s Assassination: Weapon Discharge Video Analysis

First off, but least important for anything other than context:

I am older, and my computer skills are what would now be considered ‘limited’. Because graphic analysis and composition takes so much time with the software tools I am familiar with there will be some inconsistency between frame references within this diary and the accompanying graphics.

This is my fourth day of reading current updates, examining, writing, cutting, pasting, formatting, etc., and I want to get this out while it may still hold some essential relevance.

I have seen many analysis much clearer than this present one, with much more written explanation and information, by far. Those buckets of information have absolutely informed my crude efforts here, and I am grateful that those sources have also had better video sources and/or processing. As such anything I may be adding here is most likely redundant; I have not seen, however (in my limited searching)any literal “frame by frame” presentations of the principle footage of the assassination, hence my first ‘Diary’ here on Daily Kos (thank you so, so, so, so much, Markos).

In my unfortunate hurry to get this out, it may therefore be the case that there is minor discorrelation between written frame references and actual frame number. That being said:

– *No* images are presented out of sequence, AND

– No images have been manipulated or retouched, other than cropping, except for the instance of the detail of FRAME 9, with enlargement and contrast/brightness adjustment.

I also apologize that my assessments follow from a presumption of guilt regarding the actions of Ross, but it is so almost damnably clear from them that our reactions as simple, empathic humans would mandate intervention if we were there and could respond within the time available that response would make a difference; if you saws someone killing a small puppy with a stick, you might have 4 or 5 seconds, and could tackle, push or otherwise actionably confront whatever cowardly and sadistic pathology is responsible for the destruction being witnessed.

*A lot of us*, if close enough, would have jumped on his fucking gun hand, if we had just *3* fucking seconds to assess what his fucking motions were about. But shit, she had just smiled and blessed him, so maybe 3 seconds isn’t enough to tell the difference between someone raising their cell phone or reaching for their fucking gun.. after all, like the fucking evil cops love to say: “But I thought it was a weapon!!”..

This analysis is intended to provide discrete image framing as a means to reasonably support or discard various determinations of the intent of J. Ross as he assassinates Ms. Renee Good.

Now, *maybe*, since she is a white mother and (yes, I assume)lacks any serious or active record of infraction of law, it can be argued that her assassination cannot intrinsically posses the same cultural or racial components which could present any parallel assessment regarding the assassinations of minority individuals such as George Floyd and other non-whites; that is to say that her different background establishes a different cause (insert various republican or ‘maga’ excuses / conspiracies / explanations /interpretations here).

It is the case, in fact, that such differences *must* be argued as sources for a different cause, because otherwise the only explanations left are psychopathy, sadism & cruelty.

Therefore, specifically *because* such differences exist, both the methodology (unreasonable and unmoderated use of force) and result (violent ending of human life) should actually be different.
I would therefore argue that you *do* have to be absolutely fucking psychotic, when your inclination to violence based on the racial identity of *others* overrides your instinctual racial *self*-identity, and that’s pretty well much where we are;
These fuckshits, ironically, have ‘transcended’ mere race and moved into pure hatred for the sake of hatred itself, alone, and that is why their jesus is a jesus of hate: within that hatred their selfdom encompasses its greatest existential extent because the authoritative construct they accept allows the lowest effort necessary for the processes of perception.

Higher functions of kindness, empathy, objectivism, generosity, loving sacrifice, referential flexibility (and such) are all phenomena they willingly either apply selectively or outrightly discard. These are not, in fact, phenomena which are somehow specially dependent upon cognitive processes. I would rather have Down’s Syndrome and be gentle and kind and empathetic and willing to share, then to understand classical mechanics or, say, to otherwise profit towards absurd wealth.

A *LOT* of the motherfucking scumbags out there, of course, are *crazy* fucking intelligent.

They are crazy fucking evil, too.

In any case, *ALL* of them absolutely love their lazy, lazy ethics (especially when they can make money on them, or otherwise justify whatever their Goddamned greed is), and these fuckers pretty well much orgasm on their hatred, and love each other because they enjoy their shared addictions.

Being new at composition here, I am not sure how these images will appear in the layout of the actual diary, but finally, here goes:

The screenshots show the following:

Frames 1-6 show Ms. Good backing the vehicle up, and yielding to Ross as he crosses the front of the vehicle, her reverse lights clearly on. At the moment of zero vehicle motion (both frames 6 & 7, which show  no forward rotation of tires) Ross has *already* commenced his draw (of itself this footage can only determine that his draw conclusively began in frame 7, some few hundredths of a second later, but other footage shows him switching his cell phone to his left hand so that he may draw with his right, showing that *all* of his right shoulder movement obstructed by the accomplicing mercenary as he crosses the front of the vehicle is in preparation for use of his weapon). Having backed *away* to the left in both as wide an angle and as far as she can in the snow, she immediately turns right and away from Ross before any forward movement even begins.

FRAME 5: The instant of zero vehicle zero motion, with Ms. Good still in reverse.
FRAME 6: The vehicle has stopped backing and her motion is still zero, yet Ross is still closing in.(notice reverse lights have just turned off, with  Ms. Good actively turning the car right in order to avoid Ross. This turning motion continues until she is killed. Note that in the new footage from Ross’s cell phone that *he*is approaching the vehicle more quickly than it is backing away, thus *he* is closing the distance, most likely making intentional contact with the vehicle in order to come to as close a reach as possible between himself and his victim / target). 

Frame 7: It is inconclusive, but the shift of Ross’s shoulder back and to his right indicates him reaching for his gun, while the vehicle is still at zero motion.

Frame 8: More of Ross’s gun arm becomes visible beyond the obstructing body of his accomplice (see the title image of this diary).

Frame 9: Ross’s elbow is bent, and his draw has clearly begun, as seen in the detail of FRAME 9. In this frame Ms. Good is barely beginning her forward motion, and she is still turning right to avoid Ross. Ross has already completed the transfer of his phone to his left hand, as quickly as he can, and from this point forward all of the motion of his arm is vertical from his holster, and his weapon clearly begins appearing in frames 12 onward.

Interestingly, despite all of Ms. Good’s efforts to *avoid* making contact with Ross, and all the idiotic, disingenuous and post complicit lies declaring he had been hit or run over, the shitfucker actually *continues* to move around the vehicle **intentionally** stepping in even **CLOSER**, so that he can fucking CONTINUE to fire at Ms. Good in an **intentionally**                                                                       lethal fashion.

You are not a soldier, Ross.

You are just a sadistic asshole who joined the military for the worst of reasons, and your work history and fucking job descriptions are *exactly* the reasons why we *don’t*  use the military for civilian law enforcement. If you need to kill things to feel happy, and if they won’t put your ass in a Goddamned thickly padded fucking cell, then you shouldn’t even be holding a fucking *broom* in your fucking work place , much less a Goddamned semi-automatic pistol or any other dick toys.

It is quite possible, in fact, that Ms. Good was *already* attempting to avoid Ross as he came along the passenger side, as other video shows her attempting to yield to traffic by backing up while he is still some distance from the vehicle.
Given the very short time between Ross beginning to cross the front of the vehicle and his beginning to draw, it would appear that Ross has already performed target assessment.
The assassination may not have been *entirely* premeditated, but his actions are clearly guided by an *intent* to create the opportunity to harm under color of law.

Ross is an individual well practiced and experienced in the use of deadly force. He knew *exactly* what he was doing *and* exactly what he *wanted*: he highly pre-desired an opportunity to use at *least* bodily force, but as Ms. Good was trying to avoid harming *him* with her vehicle all he could do to satisfy his lust to hurt was to apply force from a distance via his weapon.

He *saw* her ‘getting away’. Not fleeing, but continuing to remove her vehicle from traffic, just as she had been when he exited his vehicle and approached her with the intent to do to her whatever damage he could push circumstances into justifying a claim of some sort of ‘plausible’ necessity’ , should he later need to justify or defend his actions in front of indifferent or sympathetic superiors at a later date; in his mind was an instinctual imperative, operating more quickly than words could be formed, but nonetheless asserting: “If I do this right, I can get away with it”, much like a hunter waiting for an opportunity to make a kill.

Frame 20: At about the instant of discharge Ms. Good is *continuing* to cut the wheels right in order to avoid Ross.

So, I would say these are not murders; these killings are assassinations, much in the same way as a sniper does not ‘murder’ an enemy combatant, but assassinates them based on no other criteria than a known or assumed affiliation with an opposition force. The declarations of”republicans” and other ideologues have, of course,repeatedly and explicitly declared us as such.
To these mercenaries we are not fellow citizens or people of our common country;
We are *enemies* whom they are allowed to extinguish, remove or eliminate within whatever flexibility of subjective assessment they can construe within both written and unwritten terms of engagement. If they can contextualize a situation as allowing them to cause harm, they shall -most likely to the greatest extent possible, with death of the greatest number possible being the most preferred result.

These assholes *enjoy* killing.
They enjoy hurting.

If they could, they would reestablish slavery (and in as much as they *can* get away with it, many of them *do*), and they would take much comfort in the power they held to control by harming.

That’s what these fuckers are about; fear & harming.

I have to get this thing out the door, or I will be ranting for at least another 4 hours, and I am about to say what I *really* think, and honest to God, honest.. it ain’t time for that, yet..
