Seattle Mariners reveal how to watch 2026 TV broadcasts
The Seattle Mariners’ TV broadcasts are again going through changes for the 2026 season, but the biggest takeaway is that their games will be available no matter your viewing preference.
Seattle Mariners announce broadcast team for 2026 season
If you want Mariners games to still be part of your traditional cable or satellite package, that continues to be the option even after their former TV home, ROOT Sports, shuttered following the 2025 season.
And if you want to buy a standalone streaming package for M’s games, you can do that too, with a subscription set to become available on Feb. 10 at the cost of either $99.99 for the entire season or $19.99 monthly.
The team revealed its new branding as Mariners TV on Thursday, announcing that “fans will continue to enjoy Mariners Baseball on all their favorite platforms, including cable, satellite and streaming without local blackouts.”

Per the Mariners, the specific providers and channels that their local TV broadcasts will air on will be “announced once confirmed” ahead of opening day, which is Thursday, March 26.
“We’re excited Mariners fans will be able to watch our games on all the platforms they’re used to seeing them on,” said Gregg Greene, Mariners senior vice president of marketing and communications, in a statement. “With a continued presence on cable and satellite providers, plus streaming options covering fans in the Pacific Northwest, Mariners Baseball will be as accessible as ever.”

This will be the Mariners’ first full season completely under MLB’s broadcasting arm. The transition began in earnest in 2025 with the league taking over the production side of Seattle’s games.
Also last year, ROOT introduced a streaming subscription to the channel for the first time that allowed fans to watch Mariners games on an app without needing to subscribe to a traditional cable or satellite TV service. A new version of the streaming subscription model known as Mariners.TV will be available in 2026. It follows the template of other teams who have previously had their production and distribution handled by MLB, such as the Arizona Diamondbacks, San Diego Padres and Colorado Rockies.
Thursday’s announcement is in addition to the revelation late last year that the ESPN app will be an option as a streaming hub for Mariners games.
“ESPN has acquired exclusive, local in-market streaming rights for MLB Clubs,” read a press release from ESPN in November. “The MLB Clubs currently include the San Diego Padres, Cleveland Guardians, Seattle Mariners, Minnesota Twins, Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies. In 2026, the games will be available to purchase and stream on MLB platforms.”
As for Mariners Radio Network broadcasts, they will continue to air on the flagship station Seattle Sports 710 AM as well as the Seattle Sports app, with all games being available to listeners located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, British Columbia and Alaska.
This will be Rick Rizzs’ last season as the radio voice of the Mariners
Here are the details from the Mariners covering the ways to watch the M’s TV broadcasts in 2026.
Cable and satellite
Mariners TV will continue to be available through traditional cable and satellite providers, consistent with how fans have watched Mariners baseball in the past.
Specific information on providers and channels will be announced once confirmed closer to opening day.
In-market streaming
Mariners games can be streamed with no local blackouts by fans in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Alaska, Montana and Hawaii on Mariners.TV.
Signups for Mariners.TV will open on February 10 at Mariners.com/Stream and cost $99.99/season or $19.99/month. Fans outside of the Pacific Northwest can still access Mariners games through MLB.TV.
