20 Dietitian-Approved High-Protein Snacks
Protein is all the rage, and having a source of protein at snacks can help keep you feeling satisfied, so I look for snacks with 10–25 grams of protein per serving. I’ll be using that as a guide to determine which snacks fit the bill. Not only do they have to be a source of protein, but they should actually taste…good?
This feels like a low bar, BUT some protein snacks on the market just aren’t doing it for me. I also try to keep it to single-serve options, with the rare exception, because most of my snacking occurs on the go.
