Curvaceous Las Vegas-Area Megamansion Built for an NFL Player Lists for $15 Million
Just outside Las Vegas, in Henderson, Nevada, a home with a huge footprint, views of the Strip and a two-story closet has hit the market for $14.95 million.
The architectural home spanning nearly 18,000 square feet has curved roof lines and requires traversing a pedestrian bridge to enter. Crossing the bridge leads to a huge pivot door that opens into the home, with its grand, stone details, towering ceilings and walls of windows.
“You walk in and the Strip unfolds,” said Ivan Sher of IS Luxury, who brought the eight-bedroom home to the market last week. “The views are ridiculous,” he said. “In Vegas, the Strip is our ocean.”

The house has “a very customized style,” and was built in 2012 for an athlete with a large family, said Sher, who declined to name the athlete in question.
Public records indicate the home originally belonged to former NFL running back Steven Jackson, who posted birthdays and other milestones from the mansion on social media. Jackson, who was born in Las Vegas, primarily played with the St. Louis Rams.
The current owners paid $10.25 million for the mansion in 2024, records with PropertyShark show. They couldn’t be reached for comment.
Alongside the views, the main, open-plan living space has a great room, a chef’s kitchen, a formal dining room, a rotunda library and a wine room. The primary suite is on the same floor and has its own sitting room, a two-story walk-in closet and direct access to a rooftop balcony.
A sculptural spiral staircase leads down to the lower level of the home. “Downstairs is for entertaining,” Sher said.
There’s a sunken lounge with a wet bar, a billiards room and a home theater.
“Aside from the media room being great for watching films, there’s a stage with a door that leads to a dressing room,” Sher explained. “So kids or grandkids can put on little plays and have a changing room. It’s very charming.”
A separate wing of the estate is dedicated to wellness and recreation, with a gym and a basketball court outside. There’s also a pool.
