Legacy Kollection Hotfix 110525 patch notes
The Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection has had a bit of a rocky launch. As such, PlayStation has been offering refunds for the recent release, which is something they rarely ever do.
Despite all of the problems, it would seem that Digital Eclipse still intends to continue improving upon the Legacy Kollection experience. Earlier in the week, Hotfix 110125 was released to address a number of issues.
Digital Eclipse has now released Hotfix 110525 for the Steam version of the Legacy Kollection in an attempt to iron out more of the reported issues. There are only a few changes listed for this particular hotfix.
The most notable changes are intended to fix crashes and desyncs. For example, there was an issue before in which certain Steam profile names could cause crashes during matchmaking.
Additionally, certain offline options were capable of desyncing matches in online environments. This hotfix is intended to address these sort of issues.
Digital Eclipse has also promised that they’re working on some sort of “Online Arcade” update. More details about this update will apparently be shared at a later date.
Check out the patch notes for Hotfix 110525 below:
• Fixed situations where certain Steam profile names were causing crashes during matchmaking.
• Fixed desync issues that resulted from certain offline options impacting online matches.
• Implemented default Game Settings for all Quick Match sessions.
• Addressed issue where game boxes and arcade cabinets could overlap with text when viewing other games.
• Fixed visual artifacts and stability issues due to certain hardware/driver configurations.
