Last week’s episode of American Idol was supposed to end in an elimination, but the results were delayed because of an issue in calculating the vote totals… so this week’s episode began with the elimination instead.
The Top 14 singers performed last week during the first live show of the season and only 12 of them will perform in the Monday, April 6 episode.
All 14 of them had to rehearse their performances for this week’s episode, but two of them sadly won’t get the chance to show their talents to America as they were eliminated at the top of the show.
Ryan Seacrest kicked off the night with the elimination and one more contestant will be sent home at the end of the episode.
