Bad Bunny, Sabrina Carpenter, Lady Gaga
The 2026 Grammys did not disappoint — not in speeches or shock value, nor in viral style moments. Regarding the latter, in fact, it was everything fans hoped might take place on the red carpet of the music industry’s biggest night at Crypto.com Arena, and perhaps just a bit more.
Chappell Roan’s appearance in a Mugler naked dress, inspired by a 1998 design by the house’s founder, quickly became the night’s viral fashion story. But other details seen in the two hours prior to the kickoff of the broadcast, from the plethora of “ICE OUT” pins to a profusion of feathers on gowns worn by Tyla, Lady Gaga and others, inspired an abundance of social-media conversation.
Throughout, plenty of trends also emerged. A-list men preferred sleek black suits, from Benson Boone in Armani and Leon Thomas in a custom Zac Posen denim suit for GapStudio to a game-changer on Bad Bunny, who also offered one of the night’s most heartfelt speeches. And because this is an audience teeming with rockers, black leather also was offered in abundance, perhaps none better than Miley Cyrus in a terrific wrapped leather jacket with oversized brooch, a custom look by Celine.
Ultimately, which stars executed the night’s best style statements? We rounded up 10 memorable looks that blended the best of style and a music artist’s forward-thinking attitude.
Bad Bunny in Schiaparelli

Business in the front, party in the back — that’s the thought that springs to mind when viewing Bad Bunny’s tuxedo at the 2026 Grammys. Notably, it’s the first men’s look introduced on a red carpet by the legendary house, founded by Elsa Schiaparelli in Paris in 1927 and overseen to great acclaim by Daniel Roseberry as creative director since 2019. Among the best details of the look: the corset lacing that cinched the back of his black velvet jacket and the addition of a white gardenia in his lapel, the result creating an undeniably romantic silhouette that evoked thoughts of the 1930s and a thoroughly modern suit in equal measure. Even better, it’s the first time Schiaparelli has designed a custom look for a man.
Sabrina Carpenter in Valentino

A beloved red carpet designer, Valentino Garavani’s death on Jan. 19 was honored with more than one star who wore the label at the 2026 Grammys. That included Sabrina Carpenter, whose custom embroidered white gown with ruffled tiers was designed by the house’s current creative director, Alessandro Michele. Carpenter finished her look with diamond jewels by Chopard.
Tyla in DSquared2

This wasn’t the look originally planned by Tyla and her stylist for the Grammys, but the singer-songwriter fell in love with the gown seconds after trying it on. The nude-hued DSquared2 dress is from the label’s 2013 collection and is crafted of beaded silk edged in a flurry of feathers encircling the hem and high slit. Tyla ccessorized her look with lab-grown diamonds by Pandora and shoes by Paris Texas.
Sombr in Valentino

He’s just 20 years old, and it’s clear Sombr is having a blast with his newfound success. That extends to his red carpet choices, including this Valentino suit by Alessandro Michele, and on Sunday night he was clearly grateful. “I can’t believe I’m wearing this … it’s crazy,” he said on the carpet. The custom look is comprised of a fully sequined tuxedo paired with a lace open-front shirt and Rockstud shoes — not unlike Bad Bunny’s Schiaparelli suit, Sombr’s shoes likewise are a first-ever men’s design.
Teyana Taylor in Tom Ford

If Grammys style is all about wow moments, Teyana Taylor vaulted to the top of the list when she arrived wearing Tom Ford by Haider Ackermann. Her custom asymmetrical backless evening gown was crafted of bronze crystals and sculpted to highlight the star’s curves while also seemingly defying gravity. Taylor completed her look with a variety of gold jewels by Tiffany & Co.

The Grammy-nominated trio embraces their individuality in their high-fashion choices for red carpets, and at the 2026 Grammys that meant Thom Browne for Audrey Nuna, Dior for EJAE and New York City-based designer Guvanch Agajumayev for Rei, a look that also paid tribute to the national flower of Korea. For Nuna, she chose Thom Browne because, as she explained on the carpet, “I’m the proud daughter of immigrants, and our family’s story of survival is rooted in clothing manufacturing, and Thom Browne was one of the first brands that my grandpa ever fulfilled orders for, so it’s a huge full-circle moment for me.”
Olivia Dean in Chanel

The 2026 Grammys best new artist winner was also roundly agreed to be among the evening’s best dressed, wearing a black and white gown by Chanel, crafted of a fully beaded bodice above a pleated silk skirt, highlighted by a peplum that appeared to be feathers, but which were actually silk tubes and silk organza petals. Dean finished her look with Cartier jewels and Chanel shoes.

A 2026 Grammys winner for best dance/electronic album for Eusexua, FKA Twigs wore a nude-toned gown by a designer who’s quickly become a favorite, London-based Paolo Carzana. A British Fashion Council award winner, the emerging designer roots his designs in sustainability, from repurposed and recycled materials to organic and plant-based dyes. His gown is accented with body jewelry that is a collaboration with Irish artist Slim Barrett.
Addison Rae in Alaïa

Best new artist nominee Addison Rae noted on the red carpet that she fell in love with this custom dress by Pieter Mulier, creative director of Alaïa, early in the design process, when she saw the first sketches back in November. (It has since been announced that Mulier is stepping down from his role with the label in March.) The sculptural sleeveless dress is crafted of technical nylon and features a plunging neckline and a triangle skirt that created a dramatic low-high effect.
Lady Gaga in Matières Fécales

Paris-based cult label Matières Fécales crafted this gown for Lady Gaga’s red-carpet arrival at the 2026 Grammys, a look that instantly evoked thoughts of Black Swan. Embellished with featheres from head to toe, the mermaid gown also featured a high neck that likewise framed Gaga’s face.
