The Bills are listing the following players as INACTIVE for today’s game at the Carolina Panthers:
TE Dalton Kincaid, LB Terrel Bernard and CB Maxwell Hairston are all ACTIVE for the game after being listed as questionable on the injury report. The Bills activated Hairston off IR Saturday and the rookie will make his NFL debut in Charlotte.
Additionally, S Jordan Poyer and DT Jordan Phillips were elevated from the practice squad and are active.
