Doctor Harry Styles Leads RFK Jr.’s Anti-Science Hospital
SNL spoofs medical drama The Pitt, with Styles running a hospital according to the Trump administration official’s pseudo-science
Saturday Night Live reimagined medical drama The Pitt as ‘MAHAspital,’ with Harry Styles playing a doctor who treats patients according to Trump health secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.‘s pseudo-science.
SNL‘s mock-trailer begins with Styles approaching other doctors tending to an apparent stroke victim. His advice is hardly that: “What she needs is a steak.”
“She needs protein, people. Give me beef tallow and six raw eggs, stat,” he orders, in line with Kennedy’s obsession with meat.
In another scene, Styles reacts with disgust after learning that a car accident victim in immense pain is up-to-date on his vaccines.
“Loser!” he says, half-coughing. Styles agrees with another doctor’s treatment plan of “a triple-dose of Alphabrain and a cold plunge in blue jeans.”
When the patient’s vitals start to fail, instead of using a defibrillator, he applies a red-light facial mask.
And instead of using proper intravenous fluid on another patient, Styles opts to refill the bag with raw milk.
Elsewhere in the hospital, where a measles patient is instructed to bench press, other doctors and nurses are just as backward.
“You want to know why I’m here? Because my parents died from the Covid vaccine,” one physician’s assistant (Ben Marshall) says to another. “I found out they got it and I shot them.”
RFK Jr. (James Austin Johnson) then brings in a patient of his own: a dead bear, which he wants prepped for jerky.
“Maybe it’s the brainworm talking, but I love this team,” he tells them. “Now drop and give me fifty.”
