Elizabeth Hurley is sharing a glimpse into her romance with Billy Ray Cyrus.
The star opened up about the couple’s relationship in an in-depth interview with The Sunday Times, published on Oct. 25.
“Billy Ray is fabulous. We’re very happy, very happy,” Hurley, 60, told the outlet.
She went on to say that the Tennessee-based Cyrus, 64, spent the summer with her at her home in Herefordshire, England.
“He loves it,” she said. “Obviously, he loves England. The weather is nicer here in the summer than it is in Tennessee.”
“He lives 40 minutes outside of Nashville,” she continued. “It’s so beautiful. Funnily enough, it actually looks a lot like England. Probably the equivalent of Surrey.”
As happy as the pair are, Hurley said that there’s one thing they don’t do when together: grocery shop.
“He stays in the car … Because he would be annoying,” she said with a laugh.
The Austin Powers actress also revealed that she and the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer bond over their mutual hair challenges.
“I cut his hair the other day. We do have a lot of hair between us. We’re in constant danger of choking on hairballs. He has got very fuzzy hair. Before his is done it’s out here,” she said, making her hands wide.
“So we’ve actually got contrast hair, which we aim to make look the same in the end,” she added.

Hurley, who is mom to son Damian, 23, also shared that blending her family with Cyrus’ has been seamless.

“Damian and Miley [Cyrus] have met,” she said. “Billy’s kids are great, and Billy has spent a lot of time with Damian. Everyone loves everyone — it’s lovely.”
Hurley and Cyrus debuted their romance in a joint Instagram post on Easter in 2025. The British actress and the singer-songwriter first met while filming a Christmas movie in 2022.
Despite an early spark, they lost touch for nearly two years. When Hurley reached out during a difficult time in Cyrus’ life, they reconnected, and their relationship turned romantic.

The Grammy-winning musician has been vocal about his love for Hurley. He described her as “a great human being” while appearing on Apple Music Country’s The Ty Bentli Show back in April, and said that even if they were only ever friends, he would “take that.”
“It’s great that God brought [Elizabeth and her son] into my life when he did,” Cyrus said at a later point in the interview. “It’s just a good thing. It’s been a long time since I’ve been this happy.”
