The Angels are back in the Big Apple. On Wednesday, the new and improved Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show made its return to Brooklyn for the second year in a row. The runway was filled with returning models such as Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Jasmine Tookes, and first-time Angels including Angel Reese, Iris Law, and Suni Lee with performances by Madison Beer, Karol G, K-pop group TWICE, and Missy Elliot. Can you believe the run time came in at under an hour?

Earlier this week, executive creative director Adam Selman went on The Run-Through With Vogue podcast and said this year’s show will be powerful, playful, and grounded in storytelling. Here are some highlights from the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

Jasmine Tookes was first Angel down the runway, showing off her visibly pregnant belly under a mesh knitted dress. Selman told Vogue that the show’s concept “starts with morning and it ends with black tie,” so think of this look — and this walk — as a 5 a.m. wake-up call.

With four different performances, the runway was booked and busy with talent. Madison Beer was the first entertainer to grace the stage starting off with a performance of “Make You Mine.” Next came the K-pop group TWICE, who opened their set with their song “This Is For” and danced in fuzzy pink boots. Karol G took to the runway sans backup dancers, but was joined by a drum player in the middle of her performance. Missy Elliot was the last to perform, closing out the show.

WNBA star Angel Reese and Olympic gymnast Suni Lee walked down the catwalk, officially becoming two of the first professional athletes to be Victoria’s Secret angels.

A lot of new Angels made their Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show debut tonight, including Barbie Ferreira, Quen Blackwell, Iris Law, Amelia Gray, Precious Lee, and Emily Ratajkoski.

Bella Hadid brought out her new honey-colored hair during the fiery red section of the show. She shared the runway with her sister, Gigi Hadid, who made her VS runway debut ten years ago.

Adriana Lima has been freed from her gelled-down ponytail. Two weeks ago, Victoria’s Secret wrote in an Instagram Reel that they “solemnly swear not to slick-back the hair,” and it looks like they kept their promise. The runway was once again filled with bouncy blowouts — while sleeker than in the past, there wasn’t a slick-back in sight.

Patrick Schwarzenegger and Dylan Sprouse sat in the front row to support their wives — Abby Champion, who made her Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show debut, and Barbara Palvin, respectively.

A few new VS mainstays made their return to Brooklyn, including Alex Consani and Paloma Elsesser.

Two pairs of jeans were worn during the PINK section of the show —is this a Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show first?

Missy Elliot closed out the runway by performing a medley of hits, including “Get Ur Freak On” and “Work It” with a troupe of dancers. Maybe she’ll bring them all to the after party.
