Oregon U.S. District Judge Karin J. Immergut is expected to decide soon whether to dissolve or put a hold on her second broader order barring any federal deployment of any National Guard in Oregon.

All eyes are once again on Oregon U.S. District Judge Karin J. Immergut now that the federal government has asked her to remove her second temporary order blocking federal control of any National Guard troops in Portland.

Immergut gave the state and city of Portland 24 hours to respond to the federal government’s request to lift her temporary restraining order that barred federal mobilization of any and all National Guard troops in Oregon.
