‘Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ Star Jessi Ngatikaura ‘Extremely Unhappy’ With Her $25K Plastic Surgery
Jessi Ngatikaura recently spent $25,000 on a plastic surgery procedure — but the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star tearfully admitted that she wished she’d never gone through with it.
In a TikTok video she shared on Thursday, March 5, Ngatikaura, 33, revealed that she’d “been getting so much criticism” about her looks as she’s been promoting the upcoming season of the Hulu reality show.
“I want to say rightfully so,” the mom of three said. “I want to tell everyone that I am extremely unhappy with my results, and I didn’t quite understand what I was getting into, to be honest.”
Ngatikaura explained that she “went in for a lower [blepharoplasty]” and she ended up getting “an upper [blepharoplasty]” as well. She seemingly also received “fat grafting” but said that she “didn’t even want that” and only got it after “listening to a suggestion not really understanding” what the procedure entailed.

“I really wish I would have asked more questions,” the reality star continued. “I wish I wouldn’t have done it. I wish I would have said no.”
Ngatikaura also revealed that fat was “put in her lips” and that was something else she “didn’t ask for or want.”
In an effort to “kill off some of the fat cells,” Ngatikaura said that she had gotten Kybella, an injectable treatment that is meant to destroy fat cells under the chin.
“I understand that I look really different, and I hate it,” Ngatikaura told her fans. “I really do. When you watch Season 5, it’s going to be even worse. I look f**king hideous all of Season 5. My face is swollen, my eyes look crazy, I don’t look like how I used to.”
The longtime hairdresser confessed that she “went way too far because of those insecurities” but said that this has been the “biggest learning lesson.” She concluded by saying that, other than Botox, she wouldn’t be having anything else done to her face.
