Seth Rollins gets medically cleared, slept by GUNTHER

We’ve wondered what WWE was going to do with GUNTHER at WrestleMania 42. He’s been suspiciously absent from the build to the big show next month in Las Vegas, a baffling choice after he retired John Cena late last year and then did the same to AJ Styles early this year. Surely there had to be a big money match they could put together for him?

We got our answer on Monday Night Raw this week at Madison Square Garden in New York.

It just wasn’t an answer we were expecting.

Indeed, Paul Heyman was going on and on when Raw General Manager Adam Pearce informed him Seth Rollins has been medically cleared to compete. Immediately after, Rollins did what Rollins does and took a chair to Heyman’s back.

But before he could do much else, GUNTHER showed up out of nowhere and put him to sleep on the announcer’s desk. Then he pointed to the sign, making it clear these two are going to tango at Allegiant Stadium.
