Teresa Guidice’s Full Face Transformation Is Wild To See

Out of all the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” cast members, Teresa Giudice’s side-by-side photos make her transformation hard to ignore. As the OG of the Bravo franchise, the Garden State native has been with the network since 2009, and continues to keep fans entertained, even when the show is on pause. Those who have followed her from the beginning know that she looked completely different back then, and it’s no secret that the mom of four is one of many celebrities who have opened up about their plastic surgery experience.

Giudice went under the knife in “RHONJ” Season 1 for bigger breasts, and she didn’t stop there. Over the years, she got a nose job, and her lips got significantly bigger, which is not uncommon for Bravolebrities. It’s safe to say the reality star definitely maintained her looks to keep up with stardom, and she’s practically unrecognizable nearly 20 years since she first popped up on our screens.

During Teresa Giudice’s first season of “RHONJ,” she went for a soft glam look, often sporting lived-in smoky eyes that made messy glamorous. Her face was untouched by plastic surgery then, and she enhanced her face with a touch of mascara, light blush, and nude-colored lipstick. Over the years, however, Teresa’s makeup got heavier. She went all out in September 2014 with thick false lashes, black eyeliner, and skin blurred out with full-coverage foundation, which further brought out her striking features. “My eyes look really green in this photo,” she quipped in an Instagram post.

The following year, Teresa started her 15-month prison sentence for fraud, but she didn’t let that deter her from keeping up with her looks. After her daughter Gia Giudice visited her in a facility in Connecticut, she told E! News, “She looked so good. It’s nothing like anyone would expect. She just looks so amazing. It was so good seeing her …They just had her makeup done. It was fun.” Teresa was released in December 2015 and began filming “RHONJ” Season 7 right away, so she naturally resumed her glam. By 2017, fans were used to seeing her with super dramatic makeup, and her girl-next-door aesthetic had definitely evolved to a more over-the-top look.

Like many famous faces, Teresa Giudice was not immune to wanting a plumper pout, and her lips looked noticeably larger in 2018. During an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” when she was asked what tweaks were made to her face, Giudice admitted to getting lip fillers (per People). “I’m not gonna lie, I’ll tell you,” she stated. The former bodybuilder also shared that her face looked fuller because she was back to her normal diet after competing. “I’m drinking tequila and I’m not supposed to. It’s calories! And I’m eating pasta now,” she declared.

Giudice’s lips looked pretty much the same two years later when she showed up at “Good Morning America” for a February 2020 interview. However, two months later, her top lip seemed more inflated. While promoting a face mask in an Instagram reel, the “Skinny Italian” author had minimal makeup on, which only highlighted her fuller pout. Many commented on how gorgeous Giudice was with a more natural look, with one fan raving, “You look so pretty and more youthful with almost no makeup!”

Always an open book, Teresa Giudice told complete strangers in 2021 about her recent rhinoplasty. As reported by The Sun, she shared at a convention, “I don’t know if anybody knows, but I did get the tip of my nose done, and I was so nervous about getting it. So I guess I got a nose job — the tip of it.” Giudice praised her doctor, as well as her now-husband, Luis Ruelas, for being supportive. “I asked Louie, I’m, like, ‘Babe, should I get my nose done?’ And he’s like, ‘Is it going to make you feel better?’ And I said, ‘Yes.’ So he said, ‘Do it,'” she told the crowd.

Giudice continued with lip fillers for years before making a brief change in 2024. In a TikTok video shared in November of that year, she showed herself at a medspa and told fans she was having her fillers dissolved because of some migration in her top lip. However, the decision was only temporary. The “House of Villains” star revealed she’d be getting her lips plumped up again in a couple of weeks, and Giudice was back to sporting her signature pout.

Teresa Giudice went for a more natural look with her lips in 2025, but they were clearly still injected with fillers. The rest of her face looked smooth, even more so than during her “RHONJ” debut in 2009, which was likely the work of Botox and skin treatments. During a July 2025 interview with nurse practitioner Eva Israilova on “Turning the Tables by Teresa Giudice,” the two discussed more possible procedures that the 53-year-old could do to turn back time. “Definitely try the Nefertiti Botox Lift … It’s placing Botox along your neck and your jawline, and it gives you just such a natural lift,” the medspa owner explained. Giudice was all for trying anything to keep herself looking youthful, sharing, “I want to prolong a facelift as long as I could.”

It looks like Giudice is back to her love of inflated lips since they looked bigger than ever in an Instagram post shared in March 2026. Although “RHONJ” hadn’t yet picked up filming Season 15, the Fabbelini founder was decked out in full glam, complete with an overdrawn mouth that made her lips appear twice their size. “What did you do to your lips? Look like you blew them up not a good look,” a fan commented. Still, Giudice is all about love, love, love when it comes to cosmetic tweaks, and we doubt she’ll stop anytime soon.
