(WJAR) — A vehicle ended up in a wooded area just off Route 4 in East Greenwich.

The incident happened on the southbound side of Route 4 near Exit 7B, according to the Rhode Island Department of Transportation.

The right lane of the exit ramp was temporarily blocked off while crews worked the scene.

An NBC 10 news crew observed a white vehicle resting in the wooded area facing oncoming traffic.
The East Greenwich Police Department said no injuries had been reported.
