WWE Faction Name For New Jade Cargill Group Revealed?
WWE
The faction name for Jade Cargill’s new group that formed on last night’s episode of WWE SmackDown may have been revealed.
Last night, WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill had another confrontation with her WrestleMania 42 challenger, Rhea Ripley.
This time, their face to face was interrupted by B-Fab and Michin who have been at odds with Cargill for a few months now, with Cargill beating Michin in a match the prior week.
However, instead of attacking Cargill, B-Fab and Michin instead revealed that they’ve formed an alliance with the current champion, and they launched a three-on-one attack on Ripley.
Today, Cargill shared a photo with her new group, and simply captioned it: “The Takeover.”
While not confirmed, and it might have just been a generic caption from Cargill, The Takeover would certainly work as an official name for their faction if they are to continue as a unit on WWE TV going forward.
WWE Stars To Join Rhea Ripley Against Jade Cargill’s New Group
With Jade Cargill recruiting B-Fab and Michin, Rhea Ripley may need to bring some backup of her own to even things out.
One obvious name to get involved would be IYO SKY, who formed RHIYO a number of months ago and won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship with Ripley.
SKY doesn’t seem to have her own big feud heading into WrestleMania this year, so it would make sense to see her show up and support Ripley as she finds herself at a numerical disadvantage.
Another potential option would be a recent rival of Jade Cargill over the WWE Women’s Title, Jordynne Grace, but that depends on her recovery time for an ankle injury she suffered a few weeks ago.
A more left-field possibility would be NXT star Zaria, who could always form an alliance with Ripley based on their bond of being from Australia.
