2026 Winter Olympics medal count, standings entering February 15
The race for the top of the 2026 Winter Olympics medal count standings is heating up, as we enter the second full week of competition at the Milan-Cortina Games.
Norway has extended its lead over Italy and the United States, with 21 overall medals (an Olympic-high 10 gold, four silver, and seven bronze).
Italy has won 18 total medals, including six golds, just one more than Team USA’s 17 (five gold, eight silver, and four bronze).
On Saturday, Team USA picked up three more medals: Jordan Stolz won gold in the men’s 500m speedskating final, while Jaelin Kauf and Elizabeth Lemley won silver and gold, respectively, in the women’s dual moguls.
